Strong Curves: Booty-Ful Beginnings

I came across Strong Curves on Reddit while looking for a specific program to aid in my goal to have a toned body again. I am honestly clueless on how to customize my own routine, I really am. Luckily, not only do a lot of people show off their successes off of doing this program but the free templates are widely available. There are a few different programs so here is the one I am doing. Cringe ass name but it is called Booty-ful Beginnings. Google up moves you don't know but they all can be found on Youtube as well.

Here are the templates 

It is recommended to do these on an ABAC format. So I guess that is what I will be doing. Make sure to pay attention for the week header. It is 4 to 5 days a week but of course you can modify these as necessary. I am mostly unaware of how these things work but from what I gather it goes something like this:

Weeks 1-4:

Monday: "A" Workout

Tuesday: Rest Day

Wednesday: "B" Workout 

Thursday: "A" Workout 

Friday: Rest Day

Saturday: "C" Workout

**Rest Days will vary according to your fitness level.
