Hair Update
One thing I was glad I did was taking pictures before and after I lost weight. Right when I thought I wasn't making any improvements, I just looked at my old pictures. I want to do the same with my hair. I am quite stressed as my once semi full head of hair a few months ago is at critical levels of thinning. That's when I decided to take some pictures on the first day every month. So here are the past 3 months.
Glad there is at least some growth in the past 2 months. I got to hang in there and continue eating right. 
All I am doing is taking an iron gummy in the morning. After breakfast is take 1 omega 3 pill and 1 biotin pill. I am supposed to take 2 of each but I am financially struggling so I am trying to stretch the product until I can buy more. In the afternoon I take 2 tsp of magnesium powder and 1 tbsp of collagen dissolved in a bottle of water and drink it and maybe take a nap. All of those are supposed to help with hair growth. I am trying to up my protein intake but I am...financially struggling still. I'll try my best to upping that protein and making sure I am not deficient in vital nutrients like B12, Vitamin A and a few others. I'll continue looking it up and see just how much of each I require to help with my hair regrowth. 
Some progress is still progress. Just glad I stopped shedding like crazy.
For some context to remind future me a out patience in growing my hair here is a 3 year time lapse. I remember chopping off my dead ends in an effort to grow out healthy hair. Yeah. It took 3 years for this growth. Minor trims in between.
