Free Template To Track Earnings From Apps!


I want to share a template a made that I used to track my earnings from apps. I am far from a pro as I've read people actually make hundreds of dollars a month on these things while I bust my ass to break $100. I originally made this template as I was wondering if my time was being wasted on these apps. It honestly felt nice to see the solid numbers and a breakdown of everything. Without further ado here is the template:


*Select Make A Copy so you can be able to input any data.

As a quickie refresher here are what the columns mean:

A= Date of your payout redemption 
B= App you redeemed from
C= Gift card amount in US dollars
D= PayPal or Amazon gift card you chose
E= Date you received the payout

The template is blank but all very self explanatory. The first page with the graph YOU LEAVE BLANK! That is because I input formulas that will eventually carry over to show in the graph as well as the totals.

For January, February, March and so on is where you input everything. The first column is the date and you should easily just click/tap and a date should pop up to select. So there is no need to type an actual date.

In the B column there should be a drop down menu to select the app of your choosing. If you would like to customize the list to your own like then on Desktop or Tablet select the entire B column and select Data Validation but make sure it says to apply to range: 

(Month)!B3:B20
 

Customize the drop down menu tabs from there. Same applies to the rest of the columns.

Lastly, the E column is where you select the date you received your payout. May be confusing so feel free to change and move things around that makes it easier for you. 

Final note is that the entire 2 Row already has a formula to calculate the totals for PayPal only and Amazon only. Very nifty, huh? You'll see when you enter your amounts and pick one from the dropdown menu. Not only will it calculate from the sheet but the data will also translate to the Profit tab (the first sheet) in not only the monthly totals but the graph and the yearly totals below it. Super neat, huh? 

Click File-》》Make A Copy to save it and input yours as needed.

October Hair Growth Update!

It is that time again! I have had quite a bit of late breaking news in regards to my health and other things moving forward but first...the progression pics along with my current hair as of October 1, 2025.  Roll it!!!! Okay soooo a few things! 1.) I trimmed my hair. My ends were dry and damaged so I snipped about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. So if it doesn't look like much growth, that is why. I won't cut it again for another 2 or 3 months.  2.) Had a change in supplements. I ran out of my Vital Proteins Collagen in the 1st week of September and I didn't have enough money to buy more. I also ran out of my iron supplement and went without it for a few days before getting Olly brand chewable iron. I started off taking 1 but due to health reasons, I upped it to 2 tablets. I now take prenatal vitamins. No, not pregnant but I read prenatals helps with hair growth. I also now take my night time magnesium right before bed because I ...

November Hair Growth *New Ugly Snip* *Nail Growth Pics!!!

No progress pictues this month.  I did something stupid the other day. I got so tired of the straggly hairs in my sides. I felt like it exaggerated my thinning hair and made me look less feminine and less of a person in general. My hair is clearly growing and it looks like a bunch of thick new growth at my roots but it is ugly thin at the tips that made me look awful in my opinion. Here is what it looked like: So I took regular scissors and snipped it off. Only I cut too high and it looks ridiculous. I ended up just swooping that hair to the side to make it a little more stylish and just wait until it grows back out.  No, I have never done drugs. I rarely drink haven't drank in months.
